Student Support
As members of the Simmons School of Nursing community, Nursing@Simmons students receive dedicated support that begins the moment they request information about the program.
Admissions: Prospective students work one-on-one with dedicated Admissions Counselors who guide candidates throughout the application process.
Enrollment: Once accepted to the program, students work directly with our Student Support team, which helps them acclimate to the virtual campus, offers technical support, and assists with registration each term.
Academics: Students work closely with professors and academic advisors throughout their educational journey to ensure their academic goals are being met.
Resources: Students have access to the same resources that are available to on-campus students, including the Simmons library and career services.
Clinical Placement: Our clinical placement coordinators partner with students to secure clinical placement sites and preceptors.
Graduation: Graduates have the option to attend Simmons’s on-campus commencement ceremonies in Boston, Mass., where they will walk across the stage to receive their degrees in person.
Lifelong Connections: After graduation, students join the Simmons global alumni network, which connects our graduates to more than 50,000 alums around the world.
